Practice Administrator - Tamworth Town Centre

The rewards

• £25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience

The role of Practice Administrator:

• Onboarding and meeting and greeting clients face to face and over the phone
• Booking meetings, scanning and dealing with post
• Managing the client database and sending reminders for upcoming events
• Liaising with relevant organisations such as Companies House and HMRC
• Filing of company accounts, confirmation statements, tax returns and more

The ideal Practice Administrator:

• Exceptional front-of-house client service skills
• Comfortable answering calls in a professional manner
• Experience in an office environment, ideally in financial services
• Proactive and willing to support the team where required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and databases
