About The Role

Join Magenta Living as our PR & External Affairs Lead and play a key role in shaping how we are seen and understood across Wirral, the Liverpool City Region and beyond. You'll lead our media, PR and stakeholder engagement activity, bringing our stories to life and building trust through impactful communications that showcase the difference we make to customers, colleagues and communities. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, provide expert advice on reputational issues, manage media relationships, and help position Magenta as an influential and trusted voice within the housing sector.

We're looking for an experienced communications professional with a strong background in PR, media relations and reputation management. You'll be a confident storyteller with excellent writing skills, able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, partners and the media. Experience working with senior leaders, managing sensitive communications and developing strategic communication plans is essential. Experience within social housing, public affairs or place-based regeneration activity would be advantageous. [
