About the Company
Our client, an established further education provider, is seeking a Policy, Compliance and Feedback Officer to support its governance, regulatory compliance and stakeholder feedback processes.
About the Role
The role will manage compliments, suggestions and complaints, coordinate the organisational policy review cycle and support compliance with data protection requirements. The successful candidate will also conduct document-management audits, prepare committee documentation and act as a key contact for staff, learners and other stakeholders. This opportunity would suit an experienced administrator with strong knowledge of policy governance, regulatory compliance and data protection in a diverse organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process compliments, suggestions and complaints from learners, parents, employers and members of the public.
- Coordinate the policy review cycle and ensure documents are updated within their designated review periods.
- Verify that policies identify the correct originator and most recent review date.
- Support the Data Protection Officer in promoting compliance with UK GDPR and other applicable data protection legislation.
- Conduct regular audits of the organisation’s document-management platform.
- Monitor adherence to document storage protocols and escalate non-compliance through appropriate management channels.
- Prepare documentation and schedules for meetings and committees.
- Attend meetings and produce accurate minutes.
- Act as a point of contact for academic staff, learners and other stakeholders on policy, compliance and feedback matters.
- Maintain accurate records and support effective internal governance processes.
Qualifications
- Previous relevant administrative experience within a diverse organisation.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, organisational policy and internal governance.
- High levels of IT literacy, including word processing, database and spreadsheet skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £30,107–£34,418 per annum
