A Personal Support Assistant is required for a 14 year old girl to encourage and support her with after school activities & independence and in school holidays.
The Hours Would Be
7 hours per week (term time) ideally on Mondays and Tuesdays 3.30 pm till 6.30 pm
15 hours per week (school holidays) for 3 x 5 hours (to be mutually agreed)
The young girl has Down’s Syndrome, autism, global development delay with limited communication skills and has some behavioural issues, so safeguarding is imperative.
Duties include: helping her at home, encouraging outdoor activities, supporting with her independence, cooking etc.
The ideal PA would be a driver with access to a car.
A DBS is required for this position.
The rate of pay is £16.29 per hour.
