The Role

Responsible for managing the operation, strategy, processes and infrastructure for TfW's Pay As You Go (PAYG) service. Ensure the successful deployment and integration of PAYG technology across the Metro areas. Manage Payzone agent relationships to support PAYG

Role Responsibilities

  • Be the business owner for PAYG responsible for the operation and support the implementation and delivery of the scheme across TfW's network.
  • Be the retail representative on the PAYG project team and lead the retail proposition workstream and support the delivery of PAYG revenue protection strategies.
  • Manage the infrastructure, processes and strategies relating to PAYG services including management of annual budget.
  • Work with the Retail Systems Manager to ensure that the systems that interact with PAYG operate reliably and lead supplier performance by attending supplier service reviews.
  • Work with the Retail Project Manager on emerging PAYG technology and schemes within the wider industry. Represent TfW at industry Account Based Ticketing and PAYG forums.

Who We're Looking For

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Effective communicator with good verbal and written skills.
  • Organisational, planning and prioritisation skills including financial.
  • Experience of building strong relationships and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Welsh Language Skills

While not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application.
