Your Key Responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

We now have an opportunity for a talented Pastry Commis Chef to join our culinary team and work as part of a brigade of chefs with a passion for creating exceptional pastries.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, cakes, and bread
• Support the senior pastry team in the daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient pastry section
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Assist with the mise en place and service preparation for the food & beverage outlets
• Contribute to and support creativity within the pastry department
• Ensure all products meet the hotel's five star presentation and quality standards

The expected salary package of a Commis Pastry Chef is £32,364 per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge)
