Are you an experienced Parts Advisor, Trade Parts Advisor or Automotive Parts Specialist looking for your next opportunity within a leading motor retail business? What You'll Be Doing
- Handling incoming trade and customer parts enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms
- Accurately identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts to meet customer requirements
- Processing parts orders efficiently and ensuring excellent customer service throughout
- Maximising sales opportunities through upselling and promoting current offers and campaigns
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Maintaining product knowledge through manufacturer training, updates, bulletins and parts catalogues
- Supporting the achievement of departmental sales targets and objectives
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and sales-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a desire to develop your career within the motor industry
