The role of Part Time Accounts Administrator:

• Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
• Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and procedures

The ideal Part Time Accounts Administrator:

• Background in accounting, finance or a related field
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the not-for-profit sector is an advantage
• Available on short notice and happy with part-time hours
