The role of Part Time Accounts Administrator:
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and procedures
The ideal Part Time Accounts Administrator:
- Background in accounting, finance or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the not-for-profit sector is an advantage
- Available on short notice and happy with part-time hours
