As part of our in-house marketing team, you will play a key role in driving patient acquisition and growth across our brands and their associated sub-brands, helping to shape the future of one of the most exciting groups in UK dentistry.
About the Role & Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to drive patient acquisition and growth across Dental Beauty Partners, Ascent Dental, Kissdental and their associated sub-brands.
Working closely with our agency partners, you will lead our paid media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok, ensuring campaigns are optimised, performance is continually improving, and opportunities are acted on quickly.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on paid media expertise, a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for driving measurable growth. Strong Meta experience is essential.

Growth & Performance
- Drive patient acquisition and revenue growth across more than 60 clinics through effective paid media strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, increase conversion rates and maximise return on marketing investment
- Support local and national growth initiatives through data-driven performance marketing
- Own the paid media strategy across Meta, YouTube, Google Ads and TikTok
- Work closely with agency partners to optimise campaign performance and ensure delivery against agreed objectives
- Stay ahead of platform developments, industry trends and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage
- Monitor performance closely and make timely recommendations to improve results
- Lead ongoing testing programmes across audiences, creative, messaging and campaign structure
- Analyse campaign and website performance data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting and attribution across all paid media activity
- Advise on creative strategy and content requirements to improve campaign performance
- Work with internal teams and agency partners to optimise landing pages, conversion funnels and user journeys
- Use insights and testing to continuously improve lead generation and conversion outcomes
- Provide clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Translate data into strategic insights that support business growth and marketing decision-making
- Manage budgets, forecasts and performance targets across multiple brands and locations
- Proven experience managing high-performing paid media campaigns, and able to manage multi-location/multi-brand paid media campaigns
- Managed a monthly spend of £100k plus
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager is a requirement for this position, alongside working knowledge of Google Ads, You Tube and TikTok Ads
- Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable for results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercial decisions
- Experience running structured A/B testing programmes
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and landing page testing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when required
- A highly competitive salary which is negotiable dependent upon the experience of the successful candidate
