We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Shift pattern: to be confirmed

Salary: £14.63 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.


What you will be doing:

  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
  • Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
  • Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

What do you bring with you:
  • Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
  • Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic
  • Have a strong customer focus
  • Have good communication skills
