Role Overview:

Work as an Operations Assistant on a contractual basis supporting day-to-day administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks within a technology-focused environment. Duties span scheduling, documentation, and process tracking to ensure smooth operational workflows. This role is essential for maintaining efficient systems that support AI-driven hiring and talent matching activities.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update internal documentation such as standard operating procedures, meeting minutes, and project trackers.

• Coordinate calendar schedules, meeting rooms, and travel arrangements for cross-functional teams.

• Assist in tracking contract milestones, task deadlines, and compliance documentation for contractual engagements.

• Liaise between internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational inquiries and fulfill service requests.

• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, and initiate replenishment as required.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or related field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) at intermediate level.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting clear emails and reports.
