The role:

  • As Officers’ Mess Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day operation, ensuring the Mess runs seamlessly and members always receive a first-class experience. You will:
  • Lead, motivate and manage your team to deliver outstanding service
  • Organise and oversee formal functions, hospitality events, and official dinners
  • Manage reception operations, cash handling, and company administration
  • Act as a key point of contact for members, resolving queries professionally and promptly
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, presentation, and service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • UK resident for the past 3 years with the right to work in the UK (security clearance required)
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within hospitality
  • Strong financial and budget management awareness
  • Confident IT skills with excellent organisational and communication abilities.
