About The Role
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our Cirencester office. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration to the wider team along with managing day-to-day office operations. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and independence, as well as the opportunity to contribute proactively to process improvements. Additionally, you will become part of a broader Office Manager network, facilitating the exchange of best practices and professional insights.
What Are We Looking For.
This role would suit a proactive and highly organised professional who enjoys keeping a busy office running smoothly and building strong relationships across the team. You will bring strong administration experience, confidence using Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease. Essential experience includes working with billing and invoice systems, while diary management and office procedures would be desirable.
