Join our friendly team at Busy Bees in Great Yarmouth, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 71 children. Our recently refurbished setting offers a warm and welcoming environment for both staff and children. Located on the grounds of James Paget Hospital, we benefit from excellent public transport links, making it easy to reach us. Key Responsibilities & Duties As a Nursery Office Manager
- Providing first class administrative support and personal assistance to the Nursery Manager.
- Ensure the efficiency of the day to day running of the nursery.
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures, whilst at all times complying with data protection legislation.
- As the needs of our children comes first, you will be required to occasionally support in base rooms (all training will be provided).
- Previous experience using Microsoft systems
- Experience within Office Management or Administration is essential
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Confident communicator verbally and written
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach
