About Our Nursery

Join our dedicated and friendly team at Busy Bees in Biggleswade Kings Reach, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 109 children. We are passionate about nurturing children's love of learning through playful teaching, creating a fun and engaging environment. Our nursery is situated in the heart of a vibrant community, just a two-minute walk from a local supermarket and coffee shop. We offer convenient bus and train services into the local town, with a 15-minute walk to the nursery. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
  
  

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
