We're opening Clarence Court SL, a brand new 6-bed supported living service in Barnsley in July 2026, and we're looking for passionate, dedicated people to help shape the culture and embed our values from the very beginning.


Once the service is open, people we support will enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community to help them stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role


As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.


You’ll:

  • Support independence and personal goals
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
  • Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
  • Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

  • Willingness to learn and grow

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care
  • Previous care experience
  • Basic IT skills
