What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night whilst supporting the wider care team to deliver exceptional standards of care.
This includes:
- Delivering personal care with dignity and compassion
- Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and independence
- Managing and supporting the care team during your shift
- Supervising and supporting less experienced staff
- Ensuring care staff adhere to CQC guidelines and best practices
- Promoting high standards of care throughout the home
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe environment
- Accurately completing care documentation and handovers
- Taking responsibility and using initiative when required
- Supporting elderly residents with their daily care needs

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within an elderly care setting
- Previous supervisory experience within a care or nursing home setting
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care essential
- Alternate weekend availability required
- Enhanced DBS required
- No sponsorship available
