What You’ll Do
Responsible for operating injection moulding machines & associated robot cells to produce high quality components to a set standard on time whilst maintaining a safe clean working environment.

Responsible for operating injection moulding machines & associated robot cells to produce high quality components to a set standard on time whilst maintaining a safe clean working environment.
- Operate Injection Moulding Machines, ensuring Quality checks are completed effectively to achieve zero defective component release.
- Maintain a safe clean working environment, whist adhering to the Eaton Life Saving Rules.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Policies and Procedures, contributing to achievement of departmental goals and targets (OEE, DPPM, DOH. Inventory, 5S+ Score).
- Ensure required documentation and system transactions are executed effectively for stock accuracy & financial reporting requirements.
- Communicate problems affecting the role or responsibilities to the immediate Supervisor.
- Undertake manual assembly, secondary operations, etc. for which training has been given.
- Monitor output and record all information inline with OEE requirements
- Adhere to order quantities, dates, etc. to meet delivery times and customer requirements
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Ensure that lean manufacturing standards (5S+,documentation standards, standardised working methods, etc.) are observed and sustained.
