ROLE: Mechanical Engineer
HOURS: 48 Hrs/Week (12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off)
LOCATION: Dudley, West Midlands DY1 2HQ

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair plumbing, ventilation systems (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).
• Deliver high-quality service, respond to client queries, and report defects promptly.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports and remedial logs.
• Perform manual tasks, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and Permit to Work systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Maintenance/Facilities Management.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe systems of work.
• Full UK driving licence and IT literacy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to use mobile devices effectively.
