Marketing Account Manager - 12 Month FTC
Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex
Salary £35,000 per annum
Main Purpose Of The Role
Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) is a registered charity which delivers lifesaving pre-hospital emergency care across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, our expert crews bring hospital-level treatment by helicopter and Rapid Response Vehicle (RRV) directly to patients when every second counts.
The Marketing and Communications (MarComms) Team builds brand awareness and engagement among the public, builds our profile with the media and key stakeholders, and supports fundraising activities to generate income to fund our lifesaving service. The team also engages, motivates and unites staff across the organisation to help KSS deliver on its purpose and achieve its vision of an end to preventable loss of life from medical emergency
As well as working towards its own strategic objectives, it also acts as in a quasi-agency capacity, delivering design, digital and copywriting services for all other KSS teams. As the charity continues to grow, so too do the internal demands on the team and the need to systemise ways of working and account-manage relationships in respect of their MarComms support needs.

This is a varied, hands-on role where as well as taking ownership of internal client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, you’ll also need to have design skills and experience to also help deliver workload during peak periods.
