What You’ll Do


As a Logistics Operations Coordinator within our Van team, you’ll play a vital role in managing data, routing, and operational processes that keep our network running efficiently. You’ll ensure accurate system inputs, support operational decision-making, and work collaboratively with internal teams to optimise performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain administration of the Out of Home (OOH) estate, including lockers and shops
  • Create driver IDs for depots when new OOH routes are introduced
  • Upload OOH routing files into the Workforce Portal accurately and error-free
  • Build and maintain the Master Routing File
  • Identify weekly OOH changes and provide feedback to the Planning team
  • Analyse operational reports to track driver utilisation and key routing KPIs
  • Support the growth of Click & Collect by uploading and maintaining data and generating routes
  • Collaborate with the van team to manage customer-requested changes to van logs
  • Assess route utilisation to support decisions on new collections and insourcing
  • Maintain the Cameramatics estate on a weekly basis


What We’re Looking For:


  • Good standard of educational (college or university)
  • Strong previous administrative experience e.g. strong verbal/written communication skills, Microsoft office skills, etc.
  • Strong excel spreadsheet skills/analytical skills (v-look ups, x look ups, pivot tables)
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment
  • Open to sector background but ideally logistics (preferred)
  • Ability to interpret and work with management information
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy at all times
