Are you an experienced logistics professional who thrives on ensuring the right equipment is in the right place at the right time?
As Logistics Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering end user equipment to support onboarding events and operational activity in the UK and overseas.
You will focus on the end-to-end flow of devices, ensuring readiness across complex delivery environments.
You will be supporting a market-leading, secure collaboration platform designed for international defence and government programmes.
This platform enables trusted cross-border information sharing.
As we continue to scale, you will play an important part in supporting high-profile programmes and a growing user base.
You will join a collaborative and fast-paced team, working with delivery teams, technical specialists and customer stakeholders to ensure devices, services and infrastructure come together effectively.
You will take ownership of complex logistics activity while contributing to a wider team focused on quality and service excellence.
Our team is based in Farnborough, with occasional travel to other sites as required.
To support effective collaboration, our preference is two days a week onsite, and we are happy to consider flexible arrangements such as a compressed working week.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end logistics of EUDs (End User Devices), ensuring equipment is configured, delivered and ready for use.
- Planning and coordinating shipments, ensuring security, scheduling and delivery requirements are met.
- Monitoring stock levels, supply lead times and configuration cycles to maintain continuity of supply.
- Aligning logistics activity with programme plans and customer demand requirements.
- Tracking dependencies across onboarding activities to ensure readiness of devices, infrastructure and services.
- Managing performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements), reporting on delivery metrics and driving improvements.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience managing logistics in technical environments, focusing on end-to-end equipment delivery.
- Knowledge of project management principles, including dependency management, scheduling and contingency planning.
- Experience within IT service delivery environments, including device integration with infrastructure.
- Ability to analyse data to support forecasting, reporting and performance tracking.
- Experience working with SLAs and performance metrics.
- Security Cleared or eligible for Security Clearance.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience working in client or customer-facing roles.
- Understanding of service delivery models within operational environments.
- Experience creating reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and working to cost and revenue targets.
- Knowledge of contract management within structured frameworks.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience.
