Lettings Negotiator

We’re looking for a confident and ambitious Lettings Negotiator who is ready to embrace a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and succeed in a competitive yet highly rewarding role within our busy South London office.

As a Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Brixton , you will receive:

• £28000-£40000 OTE per year (DOE)
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Brixton :

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
