The Lettings Manager will:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community organisations, major users and local partners.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of lettings, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across all hired spaces.
  • Oversee all formal and informal lettings arrangements, including contractual paperwork such as leases and licences.
  • Have a background in facilities management, leisure, hospitality or education would be beneficial, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills.
  • Ensure that our facilities are presented and managed to a professional standard.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Local Authority regarding tripartite arrangements for the 3G pitch.
  • Play a key role in driving income generation, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Have strong organisational skills, a commercial mindset and a passion for working with the local community.
  • Be highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple priorities.
