Learning and Development Specialist - Birmingham

The role of Learning and Development Specialist:

  • Designing and delivering training programmes across digital and face-to-face channels
  • Conducting learning needs analysis and creating development plans
  • Owning and managing the annual appraisal process
  • Supporting graduate and apprenticeship programmes
  • Partnering with managers to identify and address capability gaps
  • Managing LMS content and learning resources
  • Coordinating internal and external training solutions
  • Travelling to UK sites as required

The ideal Learning and Development Specialist:

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development
  • Strong training design and facilitation skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
  • Confident stakeholder management with a proactive approach
  • Experience supporting graduate, apprenticeship or talent development programmes (advantageous)
  • Looking to progress into a future leadership role
