We are seeking an ambitious and passionate teacher to lead KS3 Maths, driving excellence in curriculum, teaching and student outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Maths, you will shape and deliver a challenging, knowledge-rich curriculum that develops strong mathematical understanding, confidence and fluency while ensuring all students make excellent progress.
The role involves leading collaborative curriculum planning, monitoring the quality of teaching and assessment, supporting colleagues through coaching and CPD, and using assessment effectively to secure outstanding outcomes for all learners, particularly disadvantaged and SEND students. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring or experienced middle leader to make a significant impact on the quality of mathematics education across Key Stage 3 and contribute to the wider development of the department and school.
