- cooking dishes to spec, keeping quality and speed high whilst learning skills for life
- working closely with the rest of the team to keep service smooth
- keeping your station clean and organised throughout the shift
- following food safety standards to always keep everyone safe
- bringing positive energy to every shift and supporting your team
