The ideal applicant
We're looking for fun, enthusiastic, passionate people to step up into a team-leader role in our hard-working pub teams.
All of our team leaders are promoted from within, so you'll already understand how the pubs operate and what great service looks like. This is the next step in your career, giving you the opportunity to take on more responsibility, support your colleagues and help the management team to run smooth, successful shifts.
You don't need prior supervisory experience - just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to stay calm under pressure. We'll teach you everything you need to know through our award-winning training and team leader development programme.
If you're reliable, friendly, love working as part of a team and are ready to lead by example, this role could be the perfect next step for you.

At a glance, your role is to support the management team, working as part of the team to ensure that food is served to the correct specification, that the kitchen operates safely and efficiently and that high standards of cleanliness and customer service are consistently maintained.
Our pubs open early and close late, so we offer great flexibility with shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
Duties include:
o lead the team to achieve food-delivery-time targets.
o provide friendly customer interactions: say "hello", thank customers and build rapport.
o be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
o maintain our 'clean as you go' standards, ensuring that the kitchen is cleaned and maintained throughout the day, in line with guidelines.
