The Role
- Provide customer-focused software support and AI knowledge assistance.
- Work closely with customers and the development team to resolve user issues.
- Handle support enquiries and improve internal knowledge systems.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's AI chatbot and knowledge base.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify recurring problems and areas for improvement.
- Ensure customers receive accurate and helpful support information.
- Experience handling support emails and/or customer calls.
- Experience supporting application software or business systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- A positive, proactive approach to customer service.
- Fully remote working.
