IT Support Specialist

We're working with a well-established and growing IT company that specialises in delivering comprehensive technology solutions to business clients. The Role

• Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support to business customers
• Troubleshooting issues at a client and server level, including escalated and complex technical issues
• Microsoft 365 administration including Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, and InTune
• Assisting with IT projects as required
• Hybrid working with remote focus and occasional office work in Cambridge, with potential for onsite client work in East of England
  
  

What You'll Need

• A minimum of 2 years' experience from a Microsoft MSP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience across all aspects of Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with all Windows OS at server and client level, including a working knowledge of virtualisation
• Working knowledge of networking principles and technologies, with experience troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls
