About The Role
As an IT Support Engineer in the Enterprise IT department you will work with a talented team of IT Engineers in multiple offices across Europe, North America and South America, to deliver the best IT experience to our employees.
You will have first-hand exposure to new technologies, cloud systems and networking infrastructure.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Preparing and configuring new hardware for Internal employees.
- Being the first point of contact in your respective office location.
- Resolve internal tickets on our Jira ticketing system.
- Work closely with other teams within the Enterprise IT department.
- Maintain the Asset inventory system to reflect correct data of IT assets.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of different Operating systems such as Windows,Mac OS, iOS and Android
- Great Communication skills both written and verbal
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain and improve the current documentation used both internally and by our employees
- A good understanding of network principles and protocols.
- Knowledge of Cloud-based environments such as Google Admin and Azure
