About the Role
As an Inventory and QC Assistant, you'll play a vital role in making sure every book we send out meets the standard our customers love us for. Working across SYB, CTS, and the Tower, you'll take ownership of inventory and quality control across inbound and storage areas, reporting into the Inventory and QC Team Leader. You'll already know how important great working relationships are here at WoB — and in this role you'll be leaning on those every day, working closely with colleagues across departments and sharing QC guidance with warehouse operatives where needed. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a self-starter attitude, and a genuine pride in doing things right. If you're reliable, honest, and thrive in the pace of our warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you.
