As an Internal Accounts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Re‑engaging dormant customers to rebuild relationships and restore trading activity.
- Introducing the business to new contacts within prospect accounts to spark interest and secure meetings for the sales team.
- Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date customer information within the CRM.
- Developing both new and existing accounts to drive sales growth and improve margin.

- Strong communication skills with a confident, engaging approach.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service or similar sales environments.
- Ability to build and nurture business relationships.
- Self‑motivation and a proactive mindset for spotting and developing sales opportunities.
