Influencer Manager
Leatherhead (Hybrid)
Salary £35,000

Reporting to the Consumer Engagement Manager, you will work in close partnership with PR, Strategy, Creative, Social, Retail, Ecommerce and Product teams to bring long-term strategies and holistic brand campaigns to life. This is a role with real scope, real budget, and real impact.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience leading influencer, creator, or earned marketing strategies within beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.

  • A strong track record of delivering large-scale influencer campaigns with measurable commercial and brand-growth impact.

  • Demonstrated team leadership and development experience, ideally 3+ years managing direct reports.

  • Deep understanding of the UK influencer and talent landscape, across all tiers and content formats.

  • Strong commercial acumen — you can clearly connect influencer activity to brand performance and retail results.

  • Excellent project management skills, including timeline ownership and budget management.

  • Proven experience managing external agency and vendor partnerships.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to present to and influence senior stakeholders.

  • In-depth platform knowledge across all major influencer channels, with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok

Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end influencer strategy for the UK, working with marketing and digital teams to deliver results across all channels and tiers including the Dermalogica Professional Skin Therapist Community.

• Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to keep the brand at the forefront of influencer marketing.

• Identify new opportunities for influencer relationships that grow brand affinity, raise awareness of dermalogica products, and support purpose initiatives.

• Collaborate with International dermalogica PR and Influencer Community Strategy teams to align activity and share learnings.

Campaign Execution & Partnerships

• Lead and manage the total paid partnership influencer strategy, including negotiating obligations and costs, and coordinating contract reviews with the legal team to ensure compliance with advertising regulations.

• Audit ambassador and influencer deliverables for completion, brand standard compliance, and performance.

• Support the brand’s combined PR and influencer strategy, working with both agencies and the in-house PR team.

• Act as primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies for all influencer activity.

• Partner with internal channel owners (social, paid media, creative, ecommerce) to maximise the reach and impact of influencer content.

• Support cross-functional teams in identifying and amplifying influencer marketing opportunities across Trade, Retail, Ecommerce, and third-party platforms.


Budget & Reporting

• Own, allocate, track, and report on the influencer budget with full accountability.

• Lead KPI setting, measurement, evaluation, and reporting for all influencer activity.

• Drive clear programme performance goals and deliver weekly, monthly, campaign, and hindsight reports to marketing stakeholders.

Community & Organic

• Oversee and manage the organic influencer strategy, including gifting and community eventing, across all tiers including the Dermalogica Professional Skin Therapist Community.

• Support Community Executives with tasks that contribute to the broader influencer strategy.


Team Management

• Manage a team of 2 direct reports who oversee and execute the in-house gifting and engagement programme for the full influencer community and the Professional Dermalogica therapist community.

• Lead 1:1 development, Personal Development goal-setting, and annual review processes for your team.

• Support new team members through onboarding and probationary periods with structured guidance.
