You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and HR systems, while also helping to keep our workplace safe and compliant. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with managers and play a key part in keeping things running smoothly day to day.
If you’re detail-focused, confident managing your workload, and enjoy a mix of HR and Health and Safety responsibilities, we’d like to hear from you!

This is a part time, permanent opportunity (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 4 hours per day), based at our IChemE offices in Rugby.
Starting pro rata salary will be £16,500 - £17,800 (depending on experience) plus benefits which includes an excellent pension scheme.
To apply, please provide a CV and a cover letter expressing your interest in the position, how your experience relates to the role, and why you are a strong candidate. Applications sent without a cover letter will not be reviewed. Only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered.
The closing date for all applications is Sunday 28 June 2026. IChemE reserves the right to interview exceptional candidates and make an offer of employment before the closing date should we wish.
