Vitacress Salads, based in leafy St Mary Bourne, Andover is one of the principal salad and watercress suppliers in the UK. With our own salad leaf farms, we take immense pride in delivering a field to fork operation. We grow, wash, pack and distribute salad and watercress for retailer own brands and our own brand Steve’s Leaves. About The Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Facilities Cleaner to join our team at Vitacress. This role is key in ensuring our site facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, supporting a safe and hygienic working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining site facilities, including offices, canteens, locker rooms, and welfare areas
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are consistently met
- Replenishing consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll
- Following health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues
- Working independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Understanding of health and safety practices
- Competitive salary of £26,602.03 per year
- Overtime paid at 1.25x hourly rate (where available)
- Structured 4 on, 4 off shift pattern offering work-life balance
