Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.


Please note: we are open to both full time and part time applications for this role. However, flexibility will be required across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.


The Role:

As a Receptionist at Estelle Manor, you will offer a warm and friendly welcome for all our members and guests arriving to the estate. Providing an exceptional guest experience, you will assist in completing financial and administrative responsibilities during the check in process in an efficient and positive manner. With a genuine passion for hosting, and a confident and enthusiastic demeanour, you will be an ambassador for the front office team here at Estelle Manor.


Who we are looking for?

  • Previous hotel reception experience is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Opera would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
  • Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.


The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,804.80, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About gratuities & service charge:

  • Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
  • It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
