Location: Horsham

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:30

Essential: A full UK driving licence

The Role

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that helps manage operational risk and promote the health, safety and wellbeing of our people.

Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll understand their day-to-day challenges and provide practical guidance that makes safe working easier to achieve.

You will

Review and maintain clear, practical policies and procedures

Develop new procedures in partnership with colleagues across departments

Support effective health and safety systems that meet legal and business requirements

Share best practice and support colleagues to create safe, healthy working environments

Carry out risk assessments, incident investigations, reviews and data analysis

The Person

You’ll bring a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (essential), plus a strong understanding of current health and safety regulations and how to apply them in a commercial environment.

You’ll be approachable, collaborative and proactive, with the confidence to communicate clearly, support others and manage your priorities independently.

Flexible, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Strong organisation, administration, IT skills and attention to detail will help you succeed.
