Altus Education Partnership is seeking an exceptional and ambitious leader to become the next Headteacher of Caldershaw Primary School one of the most highly regarded and oversubscribed primary schools in Greater Manchester.

They will provide clear strategic direction, maintain the highest standards of teaching and learning, and ensure every child continues to thrive both academically and personally.

As Headteacher, you will:

  • Provide inspirational and visible leadership across the school community
  • Champion a culture of high expectations, inclusion and excellence
  • Lead and develop staff to ensure consistently outstanding teaching and learning
  • Drive continued school improvement and innovation
  • Ensure pupils achieve exceptional outcomes and personal development
  • Build strong relationships with parents, governors and external partners
  • Play an active role within Altus Education Partnership, contributing to the wider development of primary education across the Trust
