Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Rugby and the surrounding areas Hourly Rate: £12.71 Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time Working Hours: 40 hours. Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4pmAbout the role
We currently require an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Rugby. You will be responsible for maintaining road verges across the region, through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties

Requirements
- Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience, including ride on mower experience.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Tractor driving experience is highly advantageous.
- PA1 and PA6 licences are beneficial but not essential.
