Graphic Designer

We're looking for a talented and highly organised Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced Group Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a reactive environment, can turn ideas into high-quality creative at speed, and enjoys balancing planned campaigns with last-minute business requests.

You'll play a key role in delivering engaging, on-brand creative across a wide range of channels, supporting over 140 dealerships and multiple premium automotive brands. From creating website banners and email campaigns to social assets, digital advertising, presentations and internal communications, you'll ensure every piece of creative is delivered to an exceptional standard and within often demanding timescales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing creative assets for websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, social media and internal communications.
• Supporting the rapid delivery of reactive marketing requests, often with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Producing ad hoc campaign creative in response to commercial opportunities, OEM requirements and retailer requests.
• Working closely with Brand, Communications and Website teams to bring campaigns to life quickly and effectively.
• Maintaining exceptional brand standards across multiple premium automotive marques.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality work at pace.
• Contributing creative ideas that improve campaign engagement and customer experience.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A Graphic Designer with an impressive portfolio across digital channels.
• Detailed knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
• A proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• The ability to execute creative ideas quickly without compromising quality.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders across the business.
• A genuine passion for design, innovation and continuous improvement.
