What you will gain from this programme:
- Hands-on teaching experience delivering AAT courses, including BTEC and T Level provision
- Experience supporting a wide range of learners, including 16–18 students, adult learners, and apprentices
- Ongoing support from a dedicated line manager, mentor, and experienced team members
- Development of practical classroom skills alongside recognised teaching qualifications
- On successful completion of the programme, you may have the opportunity to progress into a permanent AAT Lecturer role within the College.
