Sales: Support customers through the Tesla purchase journey across retail, virtual, and field sales. Educate customers on the product, handle enquiries in person and remotely, and build confidence in real customer conversations. Support the customer journey, vehicle parts processes, and common vehicle service maintenance procedures alongside the team. Your journey doesn’t end with the programme. Working alongside our people-focused leadership team, subject to your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to map out your potential future career trajectory within Tesla. Upon completion of the programme you will be given the opportunity to apply for any available full-time roles across the UK that align with your strengths and aspirations.
