As the clinical voice on the ground, you will bridge clinicians and engineers, ensuring that cutting-edge AI becomes trusted, safe, and effective patient care. You'll work directly with healthcare leaders, build adoption strategies, and define how clinical AI is deployed globally.

As the clinical voice on the ground, you will bridge clinicians and engineers, ensuring that cutting-edge AI becomes trusted, safe, and effective patient care. You'll work directly with healthcare leaders, build adoption strategies, and define how clinical AI is deployed globally.
What You'll Do
- Co-design clinical workflows, governance models, and deployment strategies with partner organizations
- Translate seamlessly between engineering teams and clinicians
- Lead clinical adoption initiatives including training, change management, and stakeholder engagement
- Build trust with physicians, nurses, and healthcare executives
- Define clinical readiness metrics and deployment standards
- Support commercial discussions where clinical credibility is essential
- Shape the organization's long-term clinical playbook and best practices
- Clinical background (MD, RN, PharmD, or equivalent) or senior medical operations leadership experience
- Experience implementing healthcare technology or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both clinicians and engineers
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Technology-positive mindset with curiosity for AI and emerging healthcare tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Physician who transitioned into health tech or clinical AI
- Medical operations leader at a digital-first healthcare provider
- Clinical informatics specialist with deployment experience
- Hospital medical director leading transformation programs
- Public health physician with system-level implementation experience
- Military medical officer with deployment experience
- Deployment of AI or digital health solutions in hospitals
- Clinical governance or implementation playbook design
- Experience with healthcare systems, payers, or ministries of health
