As the Foreman, you'll be at the heart of our depot operations, ensuring our fleet of diggers, dumpers, and power tools is maintained to the highest standards and always hire-ready. This is a hands-on, high-impact role offering real career progression in a company that invests in its people.

Duties
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the depot workshop and ensuring plant equipment is consistently available for hire
• Allocating and monitoring workloads across the fitter team to maximise productivity and meet performance targets
• Leading by example to maintain high standards of safety, service, and equipment care
• Implementing planned maintenance programmes to reduce downtime and repair costs

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise and leadership skills, including:
• Ideally experience in a senior plant mechanic/fitter role, with a relevant qualification or time-served background
• Solid, up-to-date knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong team management skills in a fast-paced workshop environment
• A full, valid driving licence
