Job Description


What you will be doing:

  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
  • Supervise and delegate duties to team members effectively
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all food and beverage outlets
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
  • Monitor and maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak times
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage items
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Assist in implementing new menu items and seasonal promotions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
  • Participate in staff recruitment and performance evaluations
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
  • Support the organisation of special events and functions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets

Qualifications


What we are looking for:

Strong experience in a similar hospitality role

Interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example

Fluent in English

Right to work in the UK
