We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Working across our restaurant, bar, meetings and events, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding service while ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional approach.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately.
• Serving food and beverages to a high standard.
• Preparing meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Supporting conferences, weddings and private events.
• Setting up and clearing tables and event areas.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Recommending menu items and beverages to guests.
• Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Working as part of a supportive and professional team.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
