Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a unique role combining approximately 75% Kitchen Coordinator responsibilities and 25% Food and Beverage administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, detail, and working closely with both operational and leadership teams.
The role
As Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant, you will be the primary administrative support for our culinary operation while also providing support to the Director of Food and Beverage and wider leadership team.
You will manage kitchen administration, food safety records, ordering processes, supplier coordination, and compliance documentation, while also supporting reporting, analysis, projects, and general administration across the Food and Beverage division.
This role requires someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes, while remaining connected to the day to day operation of a busy luxury hotel.
What you will do
Kitchen Coordination
- Maintain HACCP documentation, food safety records, and compliance filing
- Support inventory tracking, supplier communication, and purchasing processes
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure records are maintained accurately
- Support the culinary team with scheduling, ordering, and administrative tasks
- Maintain organised kitchen records, files, and operational documentation
- Assist with engineering follow up and maintenance requests within kitchen areas
Food and Beverage Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Food and Beverage and operational leaders
- Coordinate meetings, departmental communications, and calendars
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports including sales and performance data
- Assist with menu engineering analysis and commercial reporting
- Assist with invoice processing, billing administration, and supplier documentation
- Liaise with departments across the hotel to ensure effective communication and follow up of actions
- Support special projects, promotions, events, and departmental initiatives as required
What you bring
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage operations or an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong accuracy when working with reports, documents, and data
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Right to Work in the UK
What to expect
- Full time position working 40 hours per week
- Primarily Monday to Friday
- Based within both the Food and Beverage office and kitchen operation
