We’re searching for a dedicated and ambitious Field Care Supervisor to join our growing team at Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden, in our Eastbourne office. What You’ll Need
- Hands on experience in a leadership role within the care sector
- Full UK Driving licence and your own vehicle
- To be currently living in the Eastbourne & Wealden area
- Salary up to £30,000 per annum
- Additional pay for any on call work

- Conducting regular field supervisions of healthcare assistants
- Mentoring new care assistants in the field and assisting in the monitoring of quality control
- Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards
- Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services as required in the absence of the Care Manager
- Taking part in the emergency on-call schedule on a rotational basis
- Working closely with coordinators, care manager, customers, care assistants and external third-party stakeholders
