About Our Opportunity:
We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join our UK senior leadership team based in Warrington. This is a pivotal cross-functional role supporting senior Directors across Exec, People, Finance, and Operations, where you will play a key part in keeping the business moving smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing high-level executive support to senior leaders across multiple functions
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, appointments, and competing priorities
- Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and accurate meeting minutes
- Tracking actions from meetings and ensuring timely follow-up and delivery
- Drafting professional correspondence and supporting internal communications across departments
- Supporting business change initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Identifying and implementing improvements to administrative processes and ways of working
About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA, or similar role supporting multiple senior stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail, resilience, and a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Highly competent across Microsoft Office and other business systems
- Able to demonstrate sound judgement, professionalism, and adaptability
